About This Position

About Nclusion

Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.

About the Role

Our Strategy & Operations team leads company-wide initiatives that accelerate growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen our ability to scale sustainably. We combine strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and operational discipline to turn business objectives into measurable outcomes.

We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate Manager with strong expertise in revenue management to help drive performance and profitability across our markets. As our work begins with building a presence in informal banking before layering in broader financial services, this role will focus on ensuring revenue stability, growth, and transparency throughout this transition.

This is a highly analytical and entrepreneurial role — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and incentive design, and wants to shape how we grow responsibly and sustainably.

What You’ll Do

  • Streamline and optimize revenue processes to improve accuracy, transparency, and execution speed.
  • Monitor and enhance key revenue drivers such as sales volume, product mix, and payout ratios.
  • Develop forecasting models and performance dashboards to generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Design variable incentive systems for agents and key employees to reinforce performance and drive growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and compliance to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Establish scalable frameworks for revenue management to support future market launches.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 4–6 years of experience in revenue management, sales operations, or business strategy.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in forecasting, modeling, and data interpretation.
  • Demonstrated ability to design data-informed processes that enhance efficiency and accountability.
  • Experience with incentive systems and performance management frameworks.
  • Critical thinking and integrity, with the ability to identify risks and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus).

In our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, we value the unique perspectives and experiences each individual brings to our team. We encourage all candidates, regardless of background, to apply. Your skills, talents, and potential contributions matter deeply to us, and we believe in creating an environment where everyone has an opportunity to thrive. We recognize that meeting every listed requirement may not always be possible, but we value passion, determination, and a willingness to learn. Your application is an opportunity for us to discover the exceptional qualities you bring.
