Director of Sales (B2B Sales Background)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Director of Sales to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth across diverse markets. This role requires a proven leader who can build and inspire a high-performing team while cultivating strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within target markets.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics to ensure consistent and predictable results.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and decision-makers.
- Implement best practices for sales processes, performance management, and customer engagement.
