Location: Austin, Texas

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, On-site / In Field

Salary: $52,000.00 annually, paid out Weekly (commensurate on experience/qualifications)

What we are looking for:

M-B is currently hiring an Office Coordinator to be based out of our office in Austin, TX. This position will be the go-to for supporting internal teams, coordinating administrative workflows, and handling key logistics that keep our facilities and projects in good shape.

This site is accessible via public transportation; reliable transportation will be a requirement

How you’ll make an impact at M-B as an Office Coordinator:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
  • Schedule vendor appointments (HVAC, housekeeping, Partner vehicle repair, etc.)
  • Manage employee phone setups, line programming, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain office supplies and handle procurement
  • Assist with workstation setups and occasional IT troubleshooting
  • Cross train with AP, AR and HR
  • Assist Operations in Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reporting as requested
  • Other duties as may be required

What it takes to be successful as an Office Coordinator:

  • 2+ years’ experience in office admin, operations, or team coordination
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office + general comfort with software systems (Ajera is a plus but we’ll train you)
  • Strong organizational skills — you’re the kind of person who notices when details fall through the cracks
  • Be positive, proactive, enthusiastic and possess a “no job is too small” attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use organizational tools
  • Professional but personable communication style — you’re comfortable dealing with vendors, team members, and execs alike
  • Bonus: basic experience with phone systems and or light IT troubleshooting

Conditions of Employment:

  • Applicant will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Record Check. Satisfactory driving records are required for driving company or personal vehicles and motor driven equipment to conduct company business.
  • Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Safety impact employees will be subject to additional drug and alcohol testing throughout his/her employment.
  • As part of its employment process, M-B may procure or have prepared a criminal background check. An applicant with an unsatisfactory criminal background check report is ineligible to be hired for the position for which the report is initiated.
  • If hired, applicant must provide document(s) within three (3) days of hire date that establish identity and employment eligibility. A complete list of acceptable documents is on file with the local Texas Workforce Commission office or http://www.twc.state.tx.us/.
