Your Role as a Sales Center Specialist
In this key role, you’ll support both our customers and sales team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service. Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting callers or directing them to the appropriate person.
• Accurately entering customer and sales lead information into our database.
• Scheduling appointments and verifying details for accuracy.
• Communicating effectively with the sales team to ensure seamless processes.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
