Conditioning Operator at REMINGTON SEEDS LLC – Mapleton, North Dakota

We are currently looking for a reliable, team-oriented Conditioning Tower Operator with solid communication skills and attention to detail to bring on to our team. As the conditioning tower operator, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth and reliable operation of the tower facilities. You will oversee running multiple different sets of equipment throughout the season to ensure excellent production quality for our customers.

Responsibilities:

· Performing of all work activities in a safe and reliable manner.

· Run equipment as efficiently as possible keeping downtime to a minimum.

· Take accurate and timely quality checks while documenting results properly.

· Clean all equipment thoroughly between conditioning runs to maintain product integrity.

· Maintaining a clean, neat, and organized work area.

· General preventative maintenance of equipment.

Requirements:

· Communicate positively and effectively with coworkers and customers.

· Follow company policies and procedures for safety and quality.

· Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs and occasional ladders.

· Seed conditioning and maintenance experience is beneficial but not required.

· Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and goals

· Perform additional duties as directed by department supervisor.

· Ability to pass a background and drug test.
