Austin Ryan Optika is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join our private practice. We offer a

Position Details:
• Pay: $70/hour, paid bi-weekly (Guaranteed 40-hour workweek for full-time; weekends
excluded)
• Schedule: Closed weekends
• Part Time Tuesday and Wednesday
• Location: Private office setting

• 401K Profit K Program (Full Time):
o Eligible after 1 year of employment upon meeting performance goals
o 3% employer contribution per pay period

• Health & Dental Insurance (Full Time):
o Single medical coverage after 90-day trial period (per company policy)
o Optional dental/family coverage available at employee’s expense
• Paid Time Off
o Vacation: 80 hours/year (after 1 year continuous full-time employment)
o Sick Time: Up to 40 hours/year for FT and PT
• Insurance (Full Time): Company-paid liability and malpractice coverage

Requirements:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Active state licensure
• Must sign standard non-compete agreement prior to start
