Job Title: Assistnat Director of Nursing (Jessup)

Job Description:
Talantage is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) provides clinical, educational and professional supervision for nursing and support staff. Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborates with mental health/medical leadership and other members of the multidisciplinary team in the correctional environment to improve health care of incarcerated offenders.
Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license in Maryland. Baccalaureate Degree preferred
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active AED/CPR certification
• Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
• Progressive experience in nursing care with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in a correctional, forensic or criminal justice environment preferred
