Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete search worksheet and scan to order, along with:
  • Complete copy of the LSOT and any deeds affecting the legal description
  • 1st page of any open mortgage/deed of trust
  • Copies of any and all judgements/liens
  • Copies of all tax tickets
  • Full copy of any prior owner mortgage/deed of trust still open
• All supplemental forms applicable to search (foreclosure checklist, estate checklist, etc.) must be fully completed and include any and all pertinent supporting documentation.

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
