About the role

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Neoniq Holdings, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, reporting, and control across the entire group. This includes leading financial operations for both U.S. and European entities, managing capital allocation, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring full transparency and compliance. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic direction, investor relations, M&A activity, and operational accountability.


What you'll do

Financial Strategy & Leadership

· Define and execute Neoniq’s global financial strategy in alignment with growth and investment objectives.

· Provide strategic financial input to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership on both short-term and long-term business planning.

· Drive profitability, EBITDA growth, and capital efficiency across business units.

Accounting & Financial Operations

· Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit, and internal controls across the U.S. and EU entities.

· Establish scalable systems and processes for real-time visibility of financial performance, using ERP (Syspro) and CRM tools.

· Ensure timely month-end closings and provide variance analysis against forecasted projections.

Cash Management & Capital Allocation

· Manage treasury, working capital, and liquidity, ensuring efficient cash deployment and debt management.

· Develop and monitor funding structures for capex, acquisition, and operational growth.

· Supervise execution of investor drawdowns and debt servicing under agreed terms.

Investor & Stakeholder Reporting

· Lead financial reporting to investors, including detailed monthly close reports, mid-month fiscal updates, and quarterly board materials.

· Maintain investor confidence through clear communication, transparency, and performance tracking against investment theses.

· Support fundraising and strategic financing initiatives including equity, debt, and credit line negotiations.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

· Ensure full compliance with GAAP, IFRS (as applicable), and local statutory requirements in both the U.S. and Europe.

· Lead all tax planning, audits, and regulatory filings, in collaboration with legal and external advisors.

· Oversee enterprise risk management and insurance structures for all Neoniq operations.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Alignment

· Partner with Program Management, Sales, and Operations to align commercial, manufacturing, and R&D strategies with financial goals.

· Support M&A due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition financial integration.

· Guide financial ownership structures and cost-plus transfer pricing across Neoniq entities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, with experience as CFO or VP Finance in a multi-site, international manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of industrial and automotive cost structures, capex planning, and project-based financial tracking.
  • Track record of managing investor reporting and supporting capital raises.
  • Experience with ERP implementation and financial systems optimization; Syspro or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of OECD transfer pricing, international tax, and multi-currency accounting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-border coordination skills.

The pay range for this role is:
95,000 - 110,000 USD per year(Neoniq USA LLC)
