Under limited general supervision, in accordance with established policies and procedures, is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support functions such as, receiving and transferring incoming telephone calls, greeting and providing information, presenting a professional, positive, energetic, and pleasant demeanor to customers and visitors of the Bank. Is responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly lobby area. A high school diploma or equivalent with a concentration in the business area. Additional education in business administration helpful. A minimum of two years business and secretarial experience is essential.
