Pediatric Associates is seeking a Per Diem Pediatrician to provide coverage at our Orlando, Florida practices. This role is ideal for physicians seeking maximum scheduling flexibility while practicing within a well-established, clinician-led pediatric organization.
You’ll have the freedom to self-schedule and choose the sessions that work best for you, while being supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams—allowing you to focus on patient care without administrative burden.
Schedule & Flexibility
- Self-scheduled per diem shifts
- Full-day or half-day sessions available
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Bonus opportunities available

Education, Licensure & Certification
- MD or DO
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Pediatrics residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Current, unrestricted Florida medical license
- Current, unrestricted Florida DEA license
