Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding.
• Document customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and track resolutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members and management to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or telecommunication role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
