What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or event coordination.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Budget-savvy with great vendor and relationship management.
  • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills? That’s a plus!
