About This Position
JOB SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients in various specialty areas including the Emergency Department (ED), Step-Down Unit (SDU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Surgical/Procedural areas. This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is designed to meet the needs of our diverse patient population through the recruitment of RN hires who meet the high standards of our healthcare system.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.
BLS and ACLS certification required; additional certifications (e.g., TNCC, CCRN) preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in the state of WV
