Sanitation at Zausner Foods Corporation – New Holland, Pennsylvania

Hours Required: 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM (OT and weekends as needed) or 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM

Cleans and sterilizes the room. Disassembles machine, all components and its operation stations. Cleans all parts and assists in the CIP of the processing system. Inspects and calls for inspections from supervisor. Assembles, Sterilizes, Operates machine.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Sterilizes machine, keeping accurate records of sterilization and required paperwork.
• Cleans all parts, individual stations or areas of operation; Assembles machines, carefully inspecting each part for cleanliness and condition; Breaks down various parts of machine:
  filter, pump, sealing and checks conditions; Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be capable of lifting 50 to 70 lbs. on a frequent basis and lift/maneuver up to 100 lbs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
