Paramedic Pay/Schedule:

• Multiple scheduling options – Both Full-Time and Part Time Available
• Part time/Full Time pay Scale – $38,000 - $64,000

Paramedic Essential Functions:

• Respond to 911 calls & provide high-quality patient care
• Communicate clearly with patients, partners, and healthcare staff
• Document care accurately and professionally
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Promote safety & follow all reporting protocols
• Support process improvements and high service standards

Paramedic Education and Experience:

• Ohio Paramedic license (in good standing)
• High school diploma or GED
• Clean driving record preferred
• Able to lead ALS calls confidently

Paramedic Physical Expectations:

• Lift/carry up to 150 lbs. unassisted
• Stand, walk, kneel, and climb as needed in emergency scenes
• Use radios, phones, and computers effectively

• Stay calm and focused in high-stress, fast-paced situations
• Make sound decisions under pressure, including with combative or unpredictable individuals
