JOB DESCRIPTION
The Finance Director is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring sustainable growth and financial compliance. This role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team and stakeholders.
•Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s objectives.
•Provide financial advice and insights to senior management and the board of directors.
•Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
•Identify and mitigate financial risks. Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
•Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and development.
•Build strong relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisors.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
•8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
•Strong leadership and organizational skills.
•Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
•Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
SALARY RANGE
$125,000 to $175,000 per year
