Insurance Verification Specialist at Holmes Motors INC – DIberville, Mississippi

Location: Holmes Motors - Diberville, Ms.

Pay - 12.00 - 14.00 hourly based on experience.

Full-Time.

Job Description:

• Answer phones and communicate with insurance companies and customers directly.
• Insurance Verification Specialist handles several key duties related to verifying insurance coverage. Verify and process insurance information accurately.
• Meet and Maintain Company Insurance goals get by Managers.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers and insurance representatives.
• Work hours are 8:30AM-5:30PM. Monday - Friday. (OT may be available)
• Full time job position.
• Answering phones, answering customers questions.
• Imputing insurance information in customer accounts.
• Calling insurance companies and agents to verify coverage and update status on accounts based on info received.
• Process mail to customer's accounts.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Experience in insurance verification or related field.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Strong Computer Skills.
• Maintain Professional Phone Etiquette at ALL times.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Meet and Maintain Monthly Company Insurance goals get by Managers.
