Manage projects (As “Lead” and/or “PM” when assigned)
Responsible for project delivery (scope, schedule, and budget)
Act as Engineer of Record
Work closely with clients and other stakeholders to represent Windsor positively and grow strong long -term relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with team members and those we collaborate with outside of the company (including clients)
Able to effectively communicate design options to a diverse stakeholder group
Assist with estimating and proposal efforts for new project opportunities
Able to effectively plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines and complete deliverables on time and on budget
Mentoring/training of junior team members
Responsible for quality and following Windsor’s Quality Management Plan (QMP)
Develop and apply knowledge of engineering systems, codes, and other disciplines
Coordinate with other disciplines
Complete site visits
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
Minimum of ten (10) years experience in the MEP design industry,
HVAC design experience
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience as Project Manager preferred

The pay range for this role is:
110,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Remote - Seattle, US)
110,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Remote - Portland, US)
110,000 - 150,000 USD per year(Ridgefield)
