Certified Nurse Assistant at Citizens Memorial – El Dorado Springs , Missouri

Community Springs Healthcare Facility is recruiting a Nurse Assistant/ Certified Nurse Assistant to care for our residents. Not certified? No worries! We will help you obtain your certification with on the job training. This is also a paid training.

The skilled nursing facility is a 105-bed facility located in El Dorado Springs, MO.

A typical day will include: The opportunity to develop a relationship with our residents and supportive healthcare team. The certified nurse assistant (CNA) is an integral part of the healthcare team who is responsible for providing excellent care to the residents in the facility in accordance with federal and state regulations. The CNA is responsible for ensuring safe nursing care is provided, all resident needs are met and reports concerns to the charge nurse for follow-up. CNA bathes, dresses and assists residents with all hygiene and toileting needs, assists with resident transfers, answers call lights in a timely manner, makes rounds on assigned residents and accommodates needs. The CNA assists in the development and implementation of the resident Plan of Care.

This position is full time.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or higher (Preferred)

Experience: None needed… as we provide on the job training!

Skills: Good Communication Skills, Patience, Attention to detail, Flexibility, Intrapersonal Skills,

Licensure/Certification: Certified Nurse Assistant Certification—if not, then we help you obtain your CNA and provide on the job training. CPR Certification (we also provide this if needed).
