Who we are

Prepory is a premier college admissions counseling organization. Our innovative, holistic approach to college counseling is reshaping how students apply to college, find their "fit," and ultimately receive admission to their dream schools.

Through our college admissions practice, we guide high school students along their college admissions and application journey. We have worked with over 9,000 students globally, and this would not be possible without our amazing college admissions coaches. We are looking for individuals who can serve as reliable, passionate, and informative guides for students who are embarking on their college admissions journey.

This role is a full-time, in-person role working with our MarTech department. Our intern is anticipated to start in July/August with a flexible end date that aligns with the beginning of the upcoming college semester.

Responsibilities

• Maintain social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, LinkedIn) with trending content pending review of MarTech Director

• Stay up to date with social media and market trends within college admissions and academic counseling

• Research and conduct outreach to digital influencers aligned with our brand for potential partnership and negotiation

• Create and maintain nurturing timeline for Partnership touchpoints

• Write first drafts of posts and articles for Prepory blog site

• Take on specialized projects (i.e. Chatbot optimization, process building for new channels, tracking CTA/UTMs, etc.)

• Solved mid-tier errors on the website as requested by MarTech and other departments

• Attend all MarTech-related meetings

• Support other departments, as needed

Qualifications of our Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising / PR

• Knowledge of engagement practices across TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram

• Familiarity with Canva and/or other design platforms

• Technologically savvy and can easily adapt to learning new systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that often requires being very reactive

• Impeccable listening, speaking, writing, and grammar skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Search Console preferred, but not required
