Care Car Driver at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center – Chanute, Kansas

Care Car Drivers transport clients using the care cars and the car van. The Care Car Driver assists clients into and out of buildings and into and out of the car as needed.

Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

LICENSE / CERTIFICATION / REGISTRATION:

• Current Valid Driver’s License, no restriction limiting driving. Must have been at –fault accident-free for the previous 3-year period.
• CDL-(Certified)Required and must obtain within 6 months from hire date.
• BLS / Heartsaver- Satisfactory course completion with current card or ability to complete within 3 months or at the next available course offered by NMRMC.

EXPERIENCE:

• Must be at least 18 years old. Exceptional interpersonal skills required.
• Experience preferred, but not required.
• Must have knowledge of service area.
