YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN EXPERIENCED ESCROW ASSISTANT

As an Escrow Assistant at Cottonwood Title, you will play a crucial role in real estate transactions by supporting escrow officers in preparing, closing, and disbursing funds. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from processing escrow documents to coordinating with various parties involved in the transaction. You will be the go-to person for clearing title, preparing closing documents, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
