Project Coordinator/ System Integration Division

Salary range: $65K to 75K


The Project Coordinator position is an entry level role in the Project Management Office (PMO) with a growth plan through the leveled Project Management team. The Project Coordinator supports the project managers by contributing organization and visibility of varied project deliverable and activities for all projects throughout project phases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential duties and other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop initial project financial and scheduling documents.

• Coordinate multi-disciplined schedules for the project teams.

• Update and track project deliverables.

• Monitor and update on project procurement activities or status.

• Monitor, update, and process project documents.

• Process project invoices.

• Process project equipment shipments.

• Administrator Project close-out documents and activities

• Attend and capture minutes from meeting.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required:

o A field of study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Construction Management, Civil or Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

o Degrees in Management Information Systems (MIS), Systems Engineering, or other technical fields will be considered.

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role

• Technical Experience

o Familiarity with system integration concepts, methodologies, and technologies.

o Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

o Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Monday.com.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

• Desire to grown and advance in a Project Management role.

• Proficiency in creating and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and software systems.

• Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate technical information clearly.

• Proficiency with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

• Knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • A valid California Driver’s License
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred)
