Job Description
Our client is looking for a financial officer who is experienced in operations with 5-8 years in a leadership role. The successful candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day operational-related tasks and quality control in the finance industry. They will focus on the identification and implementation of automation in operational processes to enhance the organization’s efficiency and allow for management by exception.
Duties:
This position will work onsite in a local financial institution, supervising a team that supports several branch offices throughout the state of Ohio.
- 5-8 years of experience in a leadership role.
- A thorough knowledge of financial systems relating to deposit operations, loan administration, and automating processes is needed.
- Experience with Fiserv is a plus.
