Job Responsibilities

• Say something nice to every guest you meet.
• Answer phones with a friendly greeting
• Go out of your way to assist every guest.
• Make sure all guests are comfortable and cared for.
• Exhibit teamwork.
• Maintain a clean and stocked restroom.
• Effectively maintain wait and quote times.
• Give our first-time guests an extra special welcome.
• Communicate with SA's to ensure speedy table turns.
• Work hand-in-hand with Door Coordinator to ensure guest service.
