Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the company's growth strategy by planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that expand brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue across multiple locations. This position blends hands-on execution with strategic insight, helping translate business goals into measurable marketing outcomes.
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional who is eager to take ownership of marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and help scale our marketing function as the company continues to grow. This role will lead digital marketing efforts, elevate the customer experience across platforms, and provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and forward-thinking, with a passion for continuous improvement and a desire to help shape the long-term marketing direction of Three Stone Homes.
Classification
  • Full-time, non-exempt
  • Starting pay: $30.00 per hour plus Qualified Lead Bonuses and Profit Sharing
Supervisory Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Partner with company leadership and the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business priorities, revenue goals, and expansion plans.
  • Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies across the company website, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including web traffic, search rankings, lead generation, and conversion data to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Drive qualified lead generation across multiple channels and support the sales pipeline with measurable marketing results.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all marketing touchpoints, including display homes and physical marketing environments.
  • Manage and maintain website content, imagery, and updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal user experience.
  • Identify emerging market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform campaign planning and strategic adjustments.
  • Evaluate audience engagement and campaign performance, recommending enhancements to improve reach, targeting, and return on investment.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to support data-driven decision-making by leadership.
  • Track marketing performance against sales outcomes and prepare monthly and quarterly reports highlighting trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, digital partners, and internal teams to ensure effective and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in marketing budget planning, resource allocation, and project prioritization to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Contribute ideas that support long-term brand growth, market expansion, and continuous improvement of marketing systems and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support company growth and strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand development, and lead generation principles.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and web design fundamentals.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms including Meta and Google, SEO optimization, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Relevant marketing experience preferred; candidates with a degree and strong potential may be trained.
  • Portfolio or examples of prior work required (campaigns, advertising, social media content, website design, etc.).
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to travel to multiple company locations.
  • Dependable attendance and ability to meet deadlines and scheduling requirements.
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor required.
Other Requirements
  • Clear background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver's license, clear driving record, and reliable transportation for travel between locations.
Supervision
The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Executive Administrative Assistant and may receive project direction from other senior leadership team members.
