Ground Hand / Telecom Laborer

Comtech Direct (CTD) is hiring Ground Hands / Telecom Laborers to support our coax and fiber construction crews across the MD/DE/VA region.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the telecommunications industry, learn the trade, and move up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting aerial and underground construction crews

• Handling tools, materials, and equipment on job sites

• Setting up and breaking down job sites

• Traffic control support (when needed)

• Keeping the job site clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather

• Reliable and on time — every day

• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a crew

• Physically able to lift, carry, and perform manual labor

• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required for all positions)

• No experience required — we’ll train the right person
