About This Position
About the Role:
3rd Shift
As a Line Super - MET, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line and ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. You will be expected to lead a team of production workers, manage production schedules, and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that the production line runs smoothly and efficiently, and that all products meet or exceed customer expectations. This is a critical role that requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College education in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Hands on leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with production scheduling software
- Experience in a supervisory or management role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

This position pays overtime.
