Responsibilities
Working Coordinator, coordinating work activities as they pertain to the Repair, Maintenance, Inspection, and Remodeling for Plant Engineering.
-Areas of knowledge include but limited to: Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Carpentry, and Electronic.
-Responsive to coaching and applies learning to next situation.
-Holds one’s self and others accountable for safety by ensuring appropriate procedures and guidelines are followed and paying attention to detail.
-Demonstrates appropriate judgement and thinking skills for situations.
-Forward thinking planning for future projects
-Technical Expertise: Effectively applies technical knowledge to projects and problems
-Thoroughness: sets up procedures to ensure quality work, verifies quality, and checks for accuracy.
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-High School diploma, or equivalent required
-Valid driver’s license required
-HVAC, Fire Alarm, Electrical, Electronic, or Plumbing experience required
-Associates Degree or higher is preferred, or 3-5 years’ experience in the trade.
Responsibilities:
Advance knowledge of basic tools requiring dexterity, hand eye coordination and visual coordination
-2-5 years’ experience in commercial/residential maintenance
-PC skills (Word, Excel) Required
-Knowledge of building components, institutional maintenance and repair practices.
-Knowledge of how to work safely
-In good health with adequate strength and endurance to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities.

-Rounding on Nurse Managers
-Electronic Purchasing
-Monthly shop report
-Counseling and discipline of staff
-HFAP reports
-Assigning work duties
-Inspection of work
-Depending on job type, different skills would be required.
