About This Position
Blitzy is a Cambridge, MA based AI software development platform on a mission to revolutionize the software development life cycle by autonomously building custom software to unlock the next industrial revolution. We're transforming how enterprises build software, turning enterprise requirements into production-ready code with an agentic software development platform that can autonomously execute 80% of the quantum of software development work. We're backed by multiple tier 1 investors, and have proven success as founders of previous start-ups.
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 base salary
Location: 1 Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA (In-person role)
About the RoleWe're hiring a Recruiter to build Blitzy's world-class team engineering team during our most critical growth phase. You'll partner directly with our executive leadership and hiring managers to source, engage, and close top-tier talent in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
This is a hands-on, in-house recruiting role focused on full-cycle execution—from sourcing to offer acceptance. You'll own the candidate experience end-to-end while building the systems and processes that enable us to scale our team efficiently. Your work will directly shape the company's trajectory as we revolutionize software development.

Source, screen, and manage candidates across engineering, sales, and operations rolesConduct initial phone screens that assess technical capabilities, culture fit, and motivationCoordinate complex interview schedules with multiple stakeholders while maintaining positive candidate experienceManage the offer process from comp discussions through acceptance, including reference checks and closing conversationsPipeline Management
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines in Rippling and/or ATSCreate targeted outbound sourcing campaigns via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platformsTrack and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness)Maintain organized documentation and ensure smooth handoffs between recruiting stagesStrategic Partnership
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and evaluation criteriaDesign effective interview loops that assess both technical capabilities and culture fitProvide market intelligence on compensation, talent availability, and competitive landscapeAdvise on employer branding and recruiting strategies to attract top talentCandidate Experience
