Job Summary
The Fleet Specialist is responsible for assisting the Fleet Manager in verifying accuracy, pricing, negotiation, and timely completion of Fleet asset repairs. This role will work with the Field teams to ensure assets are current with PM compliance, vendor assignments and fleet related inquires.
Duties & Functions
- Collect and consolidate data from field locations to support fleet operations.
- Review reported fleet issues and inspections
- Verify vendor repair orders for accuracy and pricing
- Respond to Field inquires
- Communicate with repair vendors.
- Monitor PM compliance.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to support fleet operations. Performs general ledger balance sheet reconciliations, verify accuracy of data.

Qualifications & Standards
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a Customer Service, Order Management, or related role; fleet or logistics experience a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).

- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Strong customer service orientation
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills required.
