Levy Gardens Assisted Living is currently an LPN to work part-time per diem. We offer an excellent work environment, pay, and benefits.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide quality tenant care in accordance with assisted living philosophy.
• Assist with tenant assessments, screenings, medication assistance and administration, and care plan updates as assigned.
• Monitor and document tenants’ physical and mental condition and report significant changes to appropriate parties.
• Perform evaluations as needed based on tenant condition or assignment.
• Demonstrate appreciation of Jewish traditions and understanding of the aging process.
• Provide support to the Director and team as needed during scheduled or on-call shifts.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and organizational policies.

Must be caring, reliable, and enjoy working with the elderly. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
