RN / LPN Director of Mental Health Program at Psychiatric Medical Care – El Dorado Springs, Missouri

We’re hiring a compassionate RN or LPN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program, serving older adults in the El Dorado Springs, MO community since 2014.

Setting: Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Program
Population: Adults ages 65+
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No call, no weekends
Salary: Up to $75,000, depending on experience
Established Program: Serving the community since July 2014

You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
• Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
• Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
• Growing and maintaining patient census
• Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

About us:

Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.

• Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
• Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. required
