About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and operational coordination.
What you'll do
- Assist in coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams
- Support project managers in tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (status reports, meeting notes, action logs)
- Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items
- Help monitor project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making
- Support testing, implementation, or rollout activities where applicable
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project tools (e.g., Jira) is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

The pay range for this role is:
20 - 25 CAD per hour(Toronto, Canada)
