Johnson Hyundai of Apex has the exciting opportunity to expand its service team with the addition of a Full-Time, Loaner Coordinator. We are seeking a friendly, goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude to fill this open position immediately!

Responsibilities Include (yet are not limited to):
- Greet and welcome service customers in a genuinely friendly and courteous manner.
- Provide guest with loaner vehicle while their Lexus is being serviced or repaired.
- Follow all policies and procedures when completing loaner vehicle agreement for guests.
- Understand guest's responsibility for fuel and damage. Inspect the loaner vehicle for damage.
- Ensure loaner vehicle is properly cleaned and fueled prior to loaning it to a guest.
- Maintain and review daily, the status of each loaner vehicle and conduct inventory checks.
- Investigate late loaner vehicle returns and report them to Service Management.
- Ensure proper scheduled maintenance/repairs are performed on loaner vehicles.
- Inspect condition of returned loaner vehicles and follow proper procedures for any damage found, including filing insurance claims and proper repair of vehicles
- Ensure returned loaners are checked back in properly.
- Ensure loaner vehicle registrations and insurance are current.
- Perform other duties as directed by service management.
- Immediately report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of Johnson Lexus, its employees, or customers.
- Maintain a high level of personal grooming, hygiene, and appearance.
- Arrive at work, take lunch, and depart from work at the times designated by management.
- Maintain a valid N.C. driver's license and immediately inform management of any changes in its status.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills including good eye contact;
- Must be detail oriented and have effective verbal and listening communication skills;
- Must be Able to meet company's requirements for employment;
- Previous rental vehicle or loaner vehicle experience preferred;
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office preferred;
- Proven Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow-up consistently;
- Maintain a positive, professional and courteous demeanor at all times;
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check, and we E-Verify:
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including Monday through Friday 10am-7pm and Rotating Saturdays 7:30am-4pm.
