Position_Description :

As a Finish Blade Operator, you must will be responsible for the following responsibilities;

  1. Perform various operator/laborer duties on our projects
  2. Safe operation of the Blade and other equipment
  3. Motor Grader Operator will be responsible to grade excavation and embankment to lay base and other materials.
  4. The Motor Grader Operator may blade haul roads and other general work.
  5. In addition to the rough work responsibilities, the Motor Grader Operator will also performs finish grade work to blue tops or other close specification control.
  6. Equipment - Caterpillars 140H and John Deere 672GP
  7. Other duties as assigned Qualifications


Position Requirements :
  1. Minimum of 4 years of finish blade experience.
  2. Must value and have an appreciation for completing all work duties and assignments safely
  3. Must be a team player and be willing to do laborer work
  4. Willingness to travel to this and other job sites as necessary
  5. Must be willing to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned
