First Division Consulting (FirstDiv) is seeking Logistics Analyst III personnel to provide Regional Manager support for PM SMD FID materiel fielding operations. This role focuses on coordination, documentation control, schedule alignment, and operational support that enables Regional Managers and fielding leadership to execute worldwide fielding missions.
What you will do
- Coordinate with Regional Managers and stakeholders to align fielding priorities, schedules, and support requirements.
- Support document staffing, routing, and records management for fielding actions, including maintaining organized files by Unit Identification Code (UIC).
- Monitor fielding schedules and support adherence to approved plans and timelines.
- Use Microsoft Office tools to support reporting and documentation standards required by the mission.
- Interface with transportation and fielding functions to support discrepancy reporting workflows requiring Regional Manager visibility.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Five years of relevant logistics experience consistent with a Logistics Analyst III role.
- Strong coordination, document control, and schedule management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Security and compliance
- Must meet contract security and installation access requirements, including a Tier 3 investigation with Secret eligibility, and complete required Government training (Cyber Awareness, HIPAA/Privacy, AT, OPSEC, and others as applicable).
