This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and client services, supporting the financial health and performance of multiple client programs. You will act as a key partner to business leaders, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective billing processes, and insightful analysis that drives better decision-making. The position involves working across budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities while also helping optimize pricing strategies and compensation models. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to identify efficiencies, improve financial processes, and strengthen profitability across programs. The environment is fast-paced, client-facing, and highly collaborative, requiring strong analytical thinking and communication skills. This is a remote U.S.-based role offering exposure to complex financial operations within a global, growth-oriented organization.
- Support full-cycle accounting and financial operations for assigned client programs, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Prepare accurate financial statements, invoices, and reports aligned with internal policies and client agreements
- Partner with senior leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and financial planning for client programs
- Monitor and analyze program expenses, budgets, and profitability, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoice tracking, client follow-ups, and resolution of past-due payments
- Oversee compensation calculations for program teams, including performance-based adjustments and wage true-ups
- Identify process improvements and support the implementation of new financial systems and operational enhancements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across all financial activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting and GAAP principles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday and Adaptive Planning is a plus, with willingness to learn
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with clients and internal teams
