This role sits at the intersection of hardware engineering, infrastructure delivery, and enterprise program execution, driving the end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration programs for global clients. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that bring together servers, storage, networking, and systems engineering into fully integrated, customer-ready solutions. Acting as the central coordination point, you will ensure alignment across engineering, supply chain, operations, and vendor partners while maintaining delivery timelines, quality standards, and scope control. The environment is fast-paced, highly technical, and client-focused, requiring strong execution discipline and proactive risk management. You will also serve as a key customer-facing leader, translating technical progress into clear communication and ensuring stakeholder confidence throughout the program lifecycle. • Lead end-to-end program management for IT hardware integration projects, from planning and design through deployment and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, solution architecture, supply chain, warehouse, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as primary liaison between technical teams and customers, managing expectations, updates, risks, and issue resolution.
• Drive alignment on technical requirements, integration specifications, validation testing, and release readiness.
• Partner with OEMs, vendors, and suppliers to track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure configuration accuracy.
• Monitor program performance, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to quality standards and integration processes.
• Identify risks, escalate issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for hardware integration and program management practices.

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within IT infrastructure, hardware, or system integration environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise hardware systems including servers, storage, networking, and data center components.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream technical programs with cross-functional dependencies.
• Solid knowledge of hardware integration processes, validation testing, and release management practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills across technical and business teams.
• Experience working with program and project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into actionable program plans.
• Experience in cloud, hybrid infrastructure, or data center environments is a strong plus.
• PMP or Agile certification is preferred but not required.
