At the famous Brickhouse Inn Bed & Breakfast in Gettysburg, we know that a beautifully clean, welcoming room is the foundation of an unforgettable guest experience. We are looking for a highly skilled Boutique Housekeeper who takes immense pride in their work and understands that the "little details" are what make a historic property truly magical.

If you have a sharp eye for cleanliness, love a fast-paced environment, and want to be a vital part of an award-winning hospitality team, we want you to make your mark with us!

• You are responsible for transforming our rooms for incoming guests. This includes making beds with precision, changing linens, vacuuming, mopping, washing windows, and thoroughly sanitizing bathrooms and surfaces to our "Best of TripAdvisor" standards.
• You keep the magic alive behind the scenes by sorting and washing laundry, ensuring bathrooms are perfectly stocked with fresh linens and toiletries, and maintaining the overall aesthetic of our historic common areas.
• You are the eyes and ears of the inn's upkeep. You will monitor cleaning supplies, submit order requests, and immediately report any necessary room repairs or replacements to ensure our property remains in top shape.
• You manage your time and tasks with precision, ensuring that the property is "guest-ready" on schedule, every single day.

• You bring proven experience in boutique hospitality or high-end residential cleaning. You know the most efficient ways to use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and tools to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness.
• The hospitality industry never sleeps! You must have flexible availability across all 7 days of the week.
• Because our guests love the intimate feel of the inn, you will frequently interact with them. A friendly, professional attitude and a commitment to helpful customer service are mandatory.
• You have a natural ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where efficiency is key.
• You thrive in a physically active role and are comfortable moving throughout our historic property, resetting rooms, and ensuring every corner is spotless.

• Looking for more hours? Alongside seasonal increases, you have the unique, optional opportunity to pick up extra split shifts working in our on-site gift shop!
