This role sits at the intersection of People Operations, HR analytics, and total rewards strategy, supporting a mission-driven organization focused on scaling data-informed people practices. You will act as a key connector between HR, Finance, and business leaders, ensuring workforce data is accurate, actionable, and effectively translated into decisions. The position blends hands-on HR systems management with advanced analytics, enabling smarter planning around compensation, headcount, and organizational health. In parallel, you will strengthen HR operations by improving processes, systems, and data governance across the employee lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative and impact-driven role where analytical thinking and operational excellence come together to influence how people strategies are designed and executed.

- Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to align people data, compensation strategies, and operational initiatives with organizational goals.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple systems, building dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in workforce data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support compensation and total rewards processes including benchmarking, merit cycles, bonus planning, and equity analysis.
- Contribute to workforce cost modeling and forecasting in partnership with Finance and People leadership.
- Own HRIS data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and manage HRIS workflows and vendor coordination.
- Improve and document People Operations processes while ensuring compliance, data governance, and audit readiness.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with HR operations expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment:
- 4+ years of experience in HR analytics, People Operations, or a data-focused HR role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (implementation exposure is a plus).
- Working knowledge of SQL or similar tools for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions such as compensation, benefits, recruiting, and employee lifecycle processes.
- High attention to detail with strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and location (target range: $85,000–$105,000)
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, including virtual care access
- Mental health and wellness support programs, including EAP and wellness platforms
- Flexible time off policy, including holidays, volunteer days, and mental health days
- Paid parental leave, including adoptive parents
- 401(k) plan with employer match and immediate vesting
- Health savings accounts (HSA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), and commuter benefits
- Life, AD&D, disability, accident, and optional pet insurance coverage
- Fully remote setup with provided work-from-home equipment
- Inclusive culture with employee resource groups and development opportunities
