This role sits at the heart of wholesale operations, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, sales, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end order workflows while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with wholesale customers. The position requires a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and operational discipline in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the key liaison for order updates, issue resolution, and client communication, ensuring a smooth customer experience at every stage. Beyond execution, you will also contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality. This is a remote role offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration and dynamic operational challenges within a growing business environment.
- Manage the full wholesale order lifecycle, including order entry, validation, tracking, fulfillment, and closure to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as the primary contact for wholesale clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive updates on order status.
- Coordinate closely with sales, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, stock availability, dispatch, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor order progress and communicate delays or risks promptly to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and update records of orders, invoices, and customer interactions in internal systems or ERP tools.
- Support onboarding of new wholesale clients by setting up accounts and managing required documentation.
- Generate operational reports on order volumes, client activity, and performance metrics while identifying areas for process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in wholesale coordination, order management, or similar operational roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to act quickly and independently under pressure.
- Customer service orientation with experience handling client communication, complaints, and issue resolution professionally.
- Ability to build strong client relationships with empathy, patience, and a solution-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM or customer support tools is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
