Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking aMultisite (Roving) Maintenance Technicianto join our team inRochester, Minnesota.This is a hands on maintenance position that will work closely with our Maintenance Teams at all 6 properties that we own and manage in Rochester.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- 6+ months experience in maintenance
- 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- CPO, EPA or Boilers certification a plus but not required
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation is $22 - $25/hour
