Servers are responsible for consistently delivering quality, timely service to ensure a top-notch guest experience. Our servers anticipate guest needs, work together to ensure all guests are cared for, and exhibit genuine enthusiasm in all that they do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs.
• Interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience and effectively upsell product offerings.
• Deliver freshly prepared menu items to guests, all while exhibiting genuine enthusiasm, energy, and urgency.
• Process food and beverage orders and payments accurately and timely.
• Uphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain compliance.
• Conduct opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• A minimum of 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments.
