RYSE Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Office Manager & Transitions Lead to oversee corporate office operations while serving as a trusted administrative partner to the CEO. This role also leads cross-functional coordination for property acquisitions and transition integrations.

This position is central to maintaining executive efficiency, operational discipline, and seamless growth execution across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Executive Partnership
Serve as the primary administrative partner to the CEO, managing calendar, priorities, and executive workflow.
Prepare executive summaries, presentations, internal communications, and leadership materials.
Track enterprise-level initiatives and follow-through on strategic action items.
Coordinate executive travel, vendor meetings, and leadership events.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding strategy, compensation, and organizational planning.

Office Management & Corporate Operations
Oversee day-to-day corporate office operations and administrative infrastructure.
Manage corporate vendors, service contracts, subscriptions, and renewals.
Maintain corporate registrations, licenses, and insurance documentation.
Support policy distribution and document retention standards.
Monitor administrative budgets and operational expenses.
Ensure organized, audit-ready documentation practices.

Acquisition & Transitions Coordination
Lead transition checklists for newly acquired properties.
Coordinate cross-functional readiness across HR, Payroll, Operations, Compliance, and IT.
Ensure Day 1 onboarding readiness, system access, and documentation completion.
Track state registrations and required filings in partnership with HR and Finance.
Maintain acquisition dashboards and integration timelines.
Escalate compliance or readiness risks to executive leadership.

Operational Expectation:
Failure to maintain documentation integrity, transition readiness, or compliance coordination standards may result in corrective review regardless of other performance outcomes.

What You Bring
2+ years of experience in office management, executive support, operations coordination, or acquisition integration.
Experience supporting C-suite leadership in a growth-oriented organization.
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Exposure to multi-site or multi-state environments preferred.
High discretion, professional maturity, and executive presence.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and workflow tracking tools.
Ability to operate independently while maintaining structured reporting and accountability.
