We are expanding into Seattle, Washington and seeking a highly experienced, self-driven Senior Personal Injury Trial Attorney to help build and lead our presence in the state. This is an exciting opportunity to join a startup-style office backed by the resources, reputation, and success of a nationally recognized firm.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of personal injury cases from intake through trial or resolution
• Skillfully conduct and defend depositions (including expert witnesses) as part of a targeted litigation strategy
• Represent clients in court, confidently handling hearings, motions, and trials
• Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in alignment with case strategy
• Conduct thorough legal research to support arguments and filings
• Communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and the court in a clear and professional manner

• Licensed to practice in Washington
• 6-10 years of proven litigation experience in Washington personal injury law, including trial work
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and litigate PI cases through verdict
• Strong deposition, trial preparation, and courtroom skills
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working in a startup office environment with minimal oversight
• Strong client-relations skills and a results-driven approach

Compensation: $150,000.00-$175,000.00 annually + commission and bonuses
