Position Overview: As a Sales Floor Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our retail location. You will assist customers in finding and purchasing products, provide product information and recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Your role is essential in driving sales and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide assistance in locating products, answering questions, and offering recommendations based on their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products sold in the store, including features, specifications, pricing, and applications. Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell complementary products to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Offer additional products or accessories that meet the customer's needs.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist customers with placing special orders or requests for products that are not available in-store. Coordinate with other departments or suppliers to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in inside sales or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering quality customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and documentation.
