About E-Carzz:

E-Carzz is a dynamic and growing company in the automotive industry, focused on providing an alternative remarketing channel for large institutional sellers through national dealer networks. We provide large players from banks to fleets to rental car companies an opportunity to get closer to retail lifts through a network of dealers (including top national dealers). We’re building a small, elite dealer growth team and are looking for proven performers to help scale dealer adoption and transaction volume in key markets.

 Job Overview:

The Head of Territory -- Dealer Growth Manager reports directly to senior leadership and has direct input into incentives and go-to-market strategy. They will be responsible for driving dealer acquisition, onboarding, and activation within an assigned territory. This role is designed specifically for dealer sales performers with deep existing relationships, particularly candidates with strong prior experience at ACV, Manheim, OPENLANE, or similar wholesale platforms.

 This role focuses on owning a market end-to-end, driving real transaction volume, and working closely with leadership to refine incentives, dealer economics, and go-to-market strategy. It has very strong upside and above market compensation versus peers as dealer activation occurs.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and own all dealer acquisition and activation efforts within an assigned territory.
• Leverage an existing network of active dealer relationships to accelerate growth.
• Drive consistent dealer engagement and monthly unit volume, not just platform sign-ups.
• Conduct weekly meetings with dealers to drive operational outcomes (such as selections, sales, velocity).

• Position E-Carzz as incremental inventory that improves turn time and P&L economics.
• Collaborate directly with leadership to define incentives, pricing, and dealer programs.
• Identify and resolve dealer friction points quickly, feeding insights back into operations and product.
• Build durable, trust-based dealer relationships that result in repeat transaction behavior.
• Support broader market expansion as E-Carzz scales nationally.

Qualifications:

• 5–15+ years of experience selling into auto dealers.
• Strong performance history at ACV, Manheim, OPENLANE, or similar platforms.
• Ownership of a high-quality dealer book with 20–100 active relationships.
• Deep understanding of dealer economics, floorplan pressure, and turn metrics.
• Hungry, competitive, and motivated by ownership and performance-based upside.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership
• Experience building or scaling a territory.
