Position Overview

The Infinity Systems Engineering Recruitment team is growing! We are seeking a Recruiter to play an integral role in supporting the talent acquisition needs of our growing organization. This position is responsible for delivering all facets of full cycle recruiting. This includes developing recruitment strategies, leveraging traditional and innovative sourcing methods, and building strong partnerships with hiring leaders. To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted HR partner. This requires working with a sense of urgency, driving the process forward, and having excellent follow-up skills to meet business hiring demands. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, this role may provide support across broader HR initiatives during slower hiring cycles, contributing to onboarding, compliance, reporting, and other HR projects as needed. This is an on-site position located in Albuquerque New Mexico, with potential for hybrid schedule options.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements of roles and functions to identify the best candidates.

• Source, engage and recruit passive talent by researching, creating, and executing sourcing strategies to help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Promote a positive and seamless candidate experience by properly managing the applicants progress throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

• Handle full-life cycle recruiting, to include pre-screening and qualifying applicants, and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection process.

• Partner with department managers to assist with drafting detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

• Maintain internal and external job boards and send out weekly internal new job postings communication to the company.

• Properly manage all candidate activity within the ADP applicant tracking system (ATS) while ensuring compliance with OFCCP guidelines.

• Assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews and provide guidance and best practices to hiring managers for preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials and practices.

• Partner with hiring manager and HR team on offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

• Support recruitment goals and workforce planning initiatives aligned with company growth objectives.

• Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, career fairs, networking events, online forums, blogs, and social media) to build candidate pipelines and evaluate talent against defined requisition criteria.

• Build professional talent networks with qualified candidates and partners within the DOD (Department of Defense) industry.

• Manage the AAP partner outreach, and analysis of those partnerships that are most effective.

• Create an effective process for engaging Active-Duty Interns through partnership programs and match them with Infinity Opportunities.

• Analyze recruitment outreach efforts and recruitment metrics for reporting to management.

• Assist with new hire orientation/onboarding programs, maintain confidential documents and employee files, and track applicants and corresponding documentation.

• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

• Assist with other HR related tasks and projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to establish rapport with others

• Highly organized, with ability to proactively manage multiple projects to meet deadlines

• Technically savvy with demonstrated knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the DOD industry and familiarity with industry terms

• Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter, recruiting for engineering or cleared roles

• Experience with pro-active sourcing to build and manage diverse talent pipelines for various skill sets across the organization

• Applicant Tracking experience with ADP, and other industry tools.


Education/Experience 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, professional training, or professional work experience.
